1. Acceptance
By placing an order on the Natessories / Nat Nails (“we”, “us”) website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Order acceptance
Submitting an order confirms we have received it (email / WhatsApp / confirmation page). An order is accepted only after we verify stock and payment. We may cancel for stock issues, incorrect details, or suspected fraud, and will notify you promptly.
3. Payment
Payment is via AlipayHK only. Scan the designated QR before or after checkout and keep a screenshot for verification. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
4. Pricing and currency
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Shipping is extra unless your merchandise subtotal reaches HK$400 (see Shipping). Prices may change; confirmed orders use the checkout totals shown at purchase.
5. Colour and product variance
Photos are for reference. Screen settings, lighting, and batch materials may cause slight colour or finish differences; these are not defects.
6. Hygiene and returns
Press-ons are personal beauty products. Opened or used items are generally non-returnable except for clear defects or wrong items. Unopened items may be requested for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery per our FAQ process. Report defects within 48 hours with photos.
7. Intellectual property
Site text, images, marks, and layout belong to us or our licensors. No copying or commercial reuse without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Delays from events beyond our control (weather, carrier disruption, supply issues) will be communicated where possible but do not create a damages claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
