What we collect
When you order, you may provide name, phone, email, district, shipping address, and order notes. Visiting the site may generate routine technical logs (e.g. IP, browser type) needed to run the shop.
How we use it
We use your data to fulfil orders, verify payment, arrange delivery, answer support messages, and send order-related updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share with
We share only what’s needed with logistics or payment-related services (e.g. name, phone, and address for SF). Social links (IG / FB) are governed by those platforms’ own policies.
Retention
Order and contact records are kept for a reasonable period for after-sales and bookkeeping, then deleted or anonymised under our usual practice.
Your requests
