Methods

We mainly offer Hong Kong SF Express (door / locker / service point depending on the shipment) and designated pickup when arranged. Outlying islands or remote areas may take longer or incur extra fees — please ask before ordering.

Timelines

We typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Public holidays, weather, or supply hiccups may extend this; we’ll notify you when we can.

Fees and free shipping

Merchandise subtotal of HK$400+ ships free within our standard local zone. Below that, standard local shipping is charged and shown at checkout. Policies may update; checkout always wins.

After payment is confirmed

Once we verify your AlipayHK payment, we prepare and dispatch the order. When shipped, we share the SF tracking number / link via WhatsApp or email when available.

Tracking

Use SF’s official channels with your tracking number. If there’s no update after a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll help follow up.

Delivery details

Please double-check name, phone, district, and address. Failed delivery due to incorrect details may require a re-ship fee.
